Diminu is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. We sell digital downloadable items (PDF crochet patterns). We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our patterns, sample plushies, and finished items in our online store. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ depending on your display settings, yarn choice, tension, or device configuration. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any pattern at any time and may limit the sales of our digital products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND DIGITAL DELIVERY

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a digital file license. Diminu reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is accepted once payment is processed and access to the digital download link/file is provided. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to download your purchased PDF file(s) on the checkout screen and via the confirmation email sent to the address provided. Due to the instant nature of digital files, purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND TAXES

 Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a digital product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Prices shown include applicable European Union Value Added Tax (VAT) where required by law. For digital products sold to consumers in the EU, VAT is calculated and collected based on local regulations. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information so that we can complete your transactions and meet legal tax requirements.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL FULFILLMENT (NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING)

All items sold on Diminu are digital files (PDF format). No physical items, yarn, or finished plushies will be shipped to your physical address. Delivery is completed electronically immediately upon payment verification.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PATTERN TERMS OF USE

All content on this website and within our digital products—including but not limited to PDF crochet patterns, instructions, text, photo tutorials, graphics, logos, and images—is the exclusive intellectual property of Aintzine Ortiz (Diminu) and is protected by international copyright laws.

License to Use Crochet Patterns: When you purchase a pattern from Diminu, you are acquiring a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license.

  • You MAY: Sell small quantities of finished handmade physical items made by you from this pattern, provided you credit © Diminu- Aintzine Ortiz as the original pattern designer in your product listings or tags.
  • You MAY NOT: Resell, copy, translate, rewrite, share, redistribute, claim as your own, or upload the pattern (or any part of the PDF text, photos, or instructions) digitally or in print to any website, cloud storage, social media group, or platform.

Unauthorized duplication or distribution of our digital products constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

 You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services (such as digital download management apps), which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" without any warranties.

 Diminu is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the platform for our store. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Diminu. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Diminu.
