Refund Policy for Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of our products, all items sold on Diminu (diminupatterns.com) are instant digital downloads (PDF crochet patterns).
Because digital files cannot be physically returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is completed and the download link/file has been delivered.
European Union Right of Withdrawal (Digital Goods Exception)
In accordance with EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered electronically once the download or performance has begun with your express prior consent. By completing your purchase on our website, you agree to immediate access to the digital file and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download process starts.
Digital File Issues & Support
While we cannot process refunds for digital downloads, we want you to have the best experience with our patterns!
Please inspect your digital order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at diminupatterns@gmail.com if:
- You experience technical issues downloading or opening the PDF file.
- You did not receive the download email or confirmation link after purchase.
- You notice an error or corrupt file.
We will gladly assist you, resend the file, or resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible.
